The payment will be considered paid on the same day if the request is received prior to 11:00am on a business day. It will be considered paid the following business day for later requests.
This form is to be used for Borrowers who already have their bank account number and bank routing number on file. It is not to be used to provide banking information. Please contact our office to initially set up this payment option. Once the information is set up, use this online submission to request a Check by Phone payment.
