Basic Loan Servicing starts at only $18.00 per loan/lender a month for land and $28.00 residential or commercial. Our Basic Loan Service provides a single point of contact for our Borrowers and Lenders. We offer Automatic Debit Payment Processing and Check Processing as a part of our mortgage loan servicing for our Borrowers and Lenders. We can also provide more comprehensive real estate loan servicing for tax and/or insurance impound management, monitoring property taxes and/or insurance and monitoring senior liens for an additional fee.

What We Do For You:
Our Loan Services help to establish a third party, arms length relationship for the Borrower and Beneficiary on the Deed of Trust.
We provide the Borrower with a variety of loan payment options, customer service and impound management, as applicable.
The Lender receives comprehensive loan servicing collection reports and mortgage payment processing.

It is easy to set up a new loan for servicing! Simply fill out the information on our Contact Us page, send us copies of the Note and Deed of Trust and we will send you the loan servicing agreement and ACH set up forms to complete the loan servicing set up. We will notify the borrower that you have set up a thrid party note collection.
